rodney yee is awesome. i’ve been using his power yoga dvd off and on for a couple years now, but i’ve been making it a point to do it about every other day for the last few weeks and it feels great. i still have no idea how to do some of the positions but rodney doesn’t judge me. not like that bitch denise austin.
