observation.
i was looking through the tumblr directory for some health & fitness blogs- mind you, not because i’m some health nut, but sometimes i enjoy looking up new workouts that i can pretend that i’ll start doing at the gym. which is the very place that i’m putting off going right now. anyway, almost all the blogs in that category are weight loss journals. and like, it’s fine that so many people want to lose weight, but i really don’t enjoy reading about people counting every single calorie and documenting everything they stuff into their faces. been there, done that, was miserable.
so why aren’t there more blogs out there (or on tumblr at least) about just general fitness and not crazy weight loss? aren’t there any clever bloggers out there who want to share some fitness tips so i can feel good about considering trying them?
